At Civilim.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your Civilim account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return form or invoice inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
